Mrs. Doris Rodríguez Roldán joined J. Jaramillo Insurance in 2012 as an Underwriting Supervisor overseeing from a pragmatic, structured problem-solving perspective, the renewal process of all Commercial lines and the Personal lines’ new business and renewals.

Mrs. Rodríguez has over 23 years of experience in the insurance industry as a risk analyst, specializing in the underwriting process of commercial and personal lines. Execution being one of her strengths, Mrs. Rodríguez has been able to effectively manage all satellite process related to the underwriting of the lines of business within her scope. Together with a team of highly qualified underwriters, she has built strong working relationships with JJI agents & brokers and the markets represented.

Mrs. Rodríguez insurance background started in 1990 as a team leader of personal lines underwriters in a local captive MGA. Her responsibilities spanned renewals, quotes, policy issuance and customer service. Prior to joining JJI, she was a supervisor for the Commercial & Personal lines underwriting department of Popular Insurance since 2001.

Mrs. Rodríguez is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) candidate.
